Self Care Sunday - Sunday Morning Banana Pancakes

Sunday Morning Soy Candle from Canapa Candle 

Read on for the very best, sweet, fluffy and instagram worthy Banana Pancake recipe ⬇️ Don't forget to light a candle and get the good vibes flowing while you cook! 

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1 ¼ cups milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg

Optional: mash one banana into the batter (highly recommend)
Topped with banana, maple syrup, powdered sugar

Note: I found these pancakes cooked best in smaller sizes maybe 3-4 inches wide vs. the standard large pancake. I made a bunch of small ones and stacked them up, so tasty!
