8 New Soy Candle Scents Coming Soon From Canapa Candle

8 New Soy Candle Scents Coming Soon From Canapa Candle

I am happy to share that due to a great response with my current 'Cozy Collection' I'll soon be launching 8 new soy candle scents!

I am still in awe of the support I have received from my community here in Nova Scotia as well from my friends and family. Since launching I have shipped packages as far as British Columbia and have almost sold out of two different candle scents! The best seller has been Bake Shop and I won't lie that might be my favourite candle so far. Who doesn't love the scent of freshly baked pastries, cakes, cookies and espresso?

Moving into the new year I have received lots of questions asking when I'll have new scents. The truth is, I planned to take things slow and not rush into developing new scents too soon. It took me 5+ months to develop my existing lineup and I put a lot of care into each scent that was created. To me, a candle pulls out an emotion and a memory or feeling and I want to make sure that every candle scent will evoke that feeling.

With all that being said, let me introduce you to my next 4 soy candle scents, all hand measured, hand poured and hand made by me in Louisbourg on Cape Breton Island. I'll share more details later in the month and highlight the other scents I'll be releasing too. Enjoy!

Canapa Candle Soy Candles made in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. Banana Pancakes Candle Scent

The first scent in the new lineup is something I am over the moon excited about. If you follow me on instagram you'll know why, I LOVE pancakes! Specifically Banana Pancakes. There is not much we can compare to the joys of waking up on a Sunday morning and whipping up a fresh batch of Banana Pancakes adorned in real Canadian Maple Syrup. Yum!

The next scent I'll be launching is inspired by Valentines Day and will be part of my Valentines Day Collection, if you love a good fruity floral scent this is for you. I am absolutely obsessed with the deep, fruity and sweet fragrance of this candle. This will forever be an everyday classic that would best be enjoyed during the cool months of autumn, winter and early spring.

The scent is called, Love Potion! I have been working on this candle for some time and I have to say it is definitely one of my favourites. It has notes of fig and brown sugar, soothing aromas of tobacco and deep vanilla paired with the sweetness of cinnamon, cream and honey.

How about Galentines Day. Do you celebrate this special day with your gal pals? I personally love Galentines Day and if you aren't familiar it is the day before Valentines Day and it falls on February 13th. On Galentines Day you take time to celebrate your best girlfriends and the women in your life. What better way to celebrate than with a round of Strawberry Mimoas

I developed the Strawberry Mimosa scent because it brought me back to fun brunch dates with my girlfriends. Summer days sipping champagne on a patio and spending afternoons at the beach. Gal pals are the best aren't they? Make sure to celebrate the women in your life on Galentines Day!

The scent of this candle are energizing, fruity and floral. Infused with notes of your favourite champagne (think Prosecco), strawberry and peach with a hint of rose. I hope this year you make Galentines Day a special one. Cosmopolitan Magazine says "It’s the only good fake holiday on the calendar." and I have to agree. Galentines Day really is the best!

Next up we have the our Cinnamon Heart  soy candle, with a twist. I love the smell of Cinnamon Hearts but felt they needed some added notes to pull out the loving energy from this candle.

The Cinnamon Heart candle features top notes of Cinnamon and Spice, with underlying notes of tobacco, a hint of smoke and vanilla. I also added a splash of sweetness to this candle by pairing notes of citrus, fig and brown sugar.

There we have the 4 newest soy candle scents I'll be launching in the coming weeks, including a line of scents for Valentines Day. I'll be highlighting another 4 scents closer to February so keep your eyes open for that.

All of our soy candles are handmade by me in small batches. Canapa Candle is based in Louisbourg, Cape Breton and we are a made in Canada business and ship internationally.

What do you think? Are you a cozy candle person or a fruity floral candle person? Maybe you want them all!

I love the diversity of candle scents and also suggest to best set the mood, light the same candle scent throughout the house. Generally I'll light a candle in my kitchen and then a candle in my living room as well. This creates a luxury ambience throughout your home and allows you to seamlessly enjoy the fragrance in any space.

Let me know in the comments what fragrance you are looking forward to trying, they all smell so good don't they!! To be the first to know about our newly launched candle fragrances please don't hesitate to sign up for our newsletter.

Wishing you all the best during the new year!
